Theda Correll Lowe

Funeral services to honor the life of Mrs. Lowe will be conducted 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at the mortuary.

Theda Correll Lowe, 63, of 120 Surry Drive, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at her residence.

Born in Palmerton, Pennsylvania she was a daughter of the late Kenneth R. and Clara Frantz Correll. She retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs, and was an avid reader and writer.

She was a member of Slabtown Baptist Church where she served as the Sunday School Teacher for the Youth Group.

Surviving are her husband, Jerry Lowe of the home; three daughters, Sherry Lowe of Jeffersonville, GA, Lenora “Lori” Lowe(Robert Taylor) of Seneca, and Renee Teel (David Trowbridge) of Bear Creek, NC; two sons, Nathen Lowe(Billie Jo Fink) of Galesville Wisconsin, and Clint Lowe( Debbie) of Anderson; four brothers, Steve Correll, Kevin Correll (Joan), David Correll (Hope) all of Pennsylvania, and Tim Correll (Karen) of Anderson; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, John Correll.
