Funeral services to honor the life of Mr. Albright will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Samuel Joseph Albright, 75, of 137 Scenic Drive died Tuesday at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Canton, Ohio, he was the husband of Karen Anderson Albright of the home and a son of the late John C. and Katherine C. Abright. He most recently worked at the Pickens County Country Club and also spent time at the Pickens Flea Market buying and selling coins and jewelry. He was also a member of Pickens First Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Joe Albright(Donna) of Powdersville; a sister, Alice K. Davies of Waynesboro, VA; a brother, John C. Albright of Coral Gables, FL; a granddaughter, Lexi Albright of Powdersville; and step grandsons, Ryan(Keri), Zachary, and Dustin Bolding(Chante).
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a sister, Sara Anne Parrott.
