Graveside services to honor Mr. Bryant’s life will be 3:00 PM Sunday at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 until 2:30 PM at the Liberty Mortuary.
Ray Don Bryant, 62, of 560 Terrapin Crossing Road, passed away peacefully on Wednesday at his home. Born in Salem he was the husband of Rita Duncan Bryant and a son of the late Ray Anderson and Viola Porter Bryant.
He worked as a welder before his retirement. During his spare time he collected and restored classic cars.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, Shane Bryant and his wife Julie of Six Mile; two sisters, Wanda Stansell of Columbia, MO, and Diane Cash of Easley; a brother, Rev. Fred Bryant of Greenwood; three grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, and Gracie Bryant.
He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Hannah Elizabeth Bryant.
