Nancy Ann Strickland

It is with both heavy hearts and joyful memories that we celebrate the life of Nancy Ann Strickland, born on December 24, 1955, in Belton, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late William “Bill” and Alice Meeks Strickland. Nancy met her Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Nancy was a 1974 graduate of Belton-Honea Path High School and a long-time resident of Myrtle Beach, SC, and a shining star among her family and friends. She held a fulfilling career in customer service, making lasting connections during her time with Winn Dixie in Myrtle Beach and also with Bluegreen Vacations. Her warm smile and caring nature made her a favorite among customers and coworkers alike.
As an avid South Carolina Gamecocks fan, Nancy brought her passion for spirited competition to her friends and family, always ready to cheer on her beloved team. But above all, Nancy was deeply devoted to her family. She held her brother, Ronnie Strickland, dear to her heart and she also took incredible pride in her nieces and nephews, which include Michelle Lee (Mark), Chuck Strickland (Teresa), Chris Strickland (Allison), Summer Hill (Scotty) and Dallas Kelly (Houston) and many great nieces and nephews. She created countless unforgettable memories with them.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother, Charles “Mike” Strickland.
Nancy’s family and friends will gather to honor her life on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel.
In celebrating Nancy’s life, we invite everyone who knew and loved her to share a laugh, tell a story, or simply reflect on the joy she brought into our lives. Her spirit will live on in our hearts and in the cherished memories we hold.
