Funeral services to honor the life of Ms. Dalton will be conducted 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 17, 2023 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Liberty Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Wednesday from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the mortuary.

Ms. Lizzie Beth Dalton, 82, of Central, South Carolina, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Prisma Health-Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Elijah Lee and Nancy Lorene Moore Kuykendall. She retired from Champion Aviation and attended Cateechee Baptist Church.

Ms. Dalton loved spending time with her family and friends and her favorite past time was sewing quilts.

She will be lovingly remembered by her family, daughter, Joyce Hendricks (Wayne) of Greenville; son, Richard Dalton (Sheila) of Seneca; grandchildren, Levi Holden (Jessica), Chris Holden (Beverly), Chase Pilgrim (Charie), Brianna Huffstetler, Jaron Dalton, Jordan Dalton, Michelle Hawkins (Eric), Miranda Strickland (Beau); a sister in law, Nancy Kuykendall; daughter in law, Kathi Dalton; also surviving are numerous great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Janie Huffstetler, a son, Brad Dalton, two brothers, Lewis Moore and Henry Kuykendall, and a sister, Mary Loretta Turner.
