My beloved, Melissa & Rami With a heavy heart, I offer my deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your dear mother. In moments like these, words often fall short, yet we hold firmly to the hope and comfort given to us through Christ. Your mother has completed her earthly journey and now rests in the loving embrace of our Lord, where there is no pain, sorrow, or suffering, but eternal peace and joy. We remember her not only in grief, but in gratitude—for her love, her sacrifices, and the faith she planted in the hearts of those around her. Her life continues to speak through you and all who were blessed to know her. May the Lord grant her a place among His saints, and may He surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. I pray that He strengthens your hearts, comforts your sorrow, and fills you with the hope of the resurrection. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4) You and your family remain in my prayers. With love in Christ,
 Raphael Boutross

Dear Heidi and Melissa , We were so sorry to hear that Alta had passed away. I have wonderful memories of teaching across the hall from your mom at LES. Aslo ,I have so many memories of lunches and dinners we shared even after I retired. One particular adventure we shared that stands out is our epic trip to NYC. Alta talked us into putting NY bagels in all of our carry-on bags . So, when Newark was snowed in , we were stranded with only bagels in our carry- ons after the airport was closed. We had no change clothes or any toiletries…. just lots of bagels! We ( much later ) found this to be hilarious in the re-telling. She will be missed. Much love , Karen Loflin and family
