Funeral services to honor the life of Mrs. Jenkins will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 13, 2023 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Liberty Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM prior to the service at the mortuary.

Teresa Gail Jenkins, 53, of Central, South Carolina, died Monday, April 3, 2023 at Anmed Health Anderson. Born in Waynesville, North Carolina she was a daughter of Earl Shelton and the late Glenda Gail Shelton.

She worked at Neighborhood Market (Walmart) in Clemson. She loved painting, crochet, and thrift shopping.

Surviving in addition to her father is her husband, Ronnie Jenkins; a son, Vinson Jenkins of Pickens; a daughter, Ashley Jenkins of Central; 4 grandchildren, Addison Watts, Allianna Watts, Carter Jenkins, and Abbigail Watts; a brother, Mark Shelton of Cental; 2 sister, Amy Jenkins of Central, and Sandy Coleman of Liberty.

Teresa was more then just my sister. She was my best friend, we worked several jobs together over the years. We married brothers and had the same in laws. I was her partner in her cancer journey . She fought a hard fight, and even when she was so sick she still tried to put a smile on her face to hide the pain from her family . Im going to miss our weekly trips for her treatment. We would be silly ,laugh , stop and get a biscuit for breakfast. We had our best conversations in the car together. She never ask for anything or complained. She has always been a very strong woman. She is already missed so much. Prayers and hugs to all her kids.
