Martha Lee Merck Pilgrim, 75, of 101 Jule Merck Road, died Thursday, November 26, 2020 at North Greenville Hospital. Born in Six Mile, she was the wife of Willis Franklin Pilgrim and a daughter of the late Welborn Henry and Rosalee Riggins Merck. She was retired from Clemson University where she worked in the dining hall. She loved hummingbirds, reading, watching the Atlanta Braves baseball and spending time with her family. She was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Nathan Pilgrim(Alesha), of Central; a sister, Diane Sloan of Central; 5 grandchildren, Ethan Marcus, Maegan Breazeale(Austin), Briana Pilgrim, John Richardson and Madison Youngblood; and one great grandchild, Landyn Davis.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a daughter, Paula Marcus.

Private graveside services and entombment will be held at Liberty Memorial Gardens.
The family will be at their respective homes.
