I will always remember Debra’s beautiful smile and sweet spirit. I met Debra after I married her cousin Jeff and always enjoyed the times I was around her. I was sorry for her passing but I know when she said goodbye to her family here she was also saying hello to her son Jamey and I can only imagine that glad reunion, how bright her eyes must have been and the laughter coming from her voice. With all that joy there is still no comparison to being wrapped in the arms of Jesus where all things become new, so much love and peace. Debra is now singing with the angels and wrapped in all the glory of Heaven, how blessed without measure. My prayers are with her family and friends she loved so much, may sweet memories give you peace and comfort until we are all together with Jesus. Love and prayers, Lynn Smith

So sorry for your loss. Some of my fondest memories of early adulthood were our little local car club get togethers all the Blackston’s were such a huge part of. Such a fun and loving family Ms Debra and Mr James led. Memories I will never forget. Love you all ✝️♥️✝️

What a joy it was to know Mrs. Blackston. Her love for Jesus was always evident in everything she did. Whether you were exchanging a quick hug or sharing stories, she always praised Jesus. While we know her presence here will be missed, we know there’s no other place that she’d love to be right now than with the Lord.
