Funeral services to honor the life of Mrs. Pilgrim will be conducted 2:00PM Friday, August 12, 2022 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 until 1:30 PM at the mortuary.

Carolyn S. Pilgrim, 69, of Central, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at her home. Born in Lamar, she was a daughter of Mary Rogers Sutton and the late Carol Sutton.

She retired from Mt. Vernon Mills LaFrance Plant, and was of the baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to her mother of Pendleton is her husband of 45 years, JD Pilgrim of the home; two daughters, Angie Miller (Mark) of Central, and Wendy Pilgrim (Jody) of Central; one granddaughter, Amber Pilgrim; also surviving is a sister, Millie Swofford of Pendleton.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Dean Black.
