William Robert Wagner, Jr., 75, of Liberty died Monday, October 17, 2022 at his residence. Mr. Wagner was a former resident of Horseheads, NY, Elmira, NY and West Palm Beach, FL. He was the husband of Pat Ulery Wagner and was a retired law enforcement officer. He was a US Navy veteran.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Catteechee Point County Park at 1109 Norris Hwy Central, SC 29630. The family request for you to bring a lawn chair for the service. Refreshments will be served following the service.
