I knew T.Dale , and Kathy from working with them at Plant Hatch . I had the privilege to work shift with T.Dale for many years, and came to love him like a brother. I came to know how much his family meant to him . Kathy was at his side the entire time when he spent two months in the hospital , and then becoming his care giving . He and, Thomas started an auto detailing business when Thomas as in high school . Everybody had the shiniest , best smelling cars around. Then Thomas returned home to Clemson after graduation , and met Tammy . She became like a daughter to T. Dale , and Kathy . He would share stories , and pictures of Hannah , and Emily. He was very proud of his granddaughters . This past summer I had the great joy to go over and watch TV with him when Kathy had several errands to run . He always made sure everybody was taken of . “ Now Sharona go pour you some tea , and get some banana bread Kathy made “. Then we would go outside , and he would smoke , and I would eat ! We would reminisce about all of the wonderful folks , and good times we knew at Plant Hatch . The stories got better, and better each we told them ! This is the way I will always remember T.Dale Evatt , My Beloved Brother . He was kind , big hearted, and such a great joy to be around . God Bless The Evatt Family .

T Dale was such a pleasure to work with at the plant. He always had to go to Daytona outage or not to see his race. I was impressed with his mild demeanor. His clothes were never wrinkled. He was just a good ole boy. I'm going to miss his smile. Kathy- my prayers are with you and your family.
