We are saddened to announce the passing of Robert Ernest Bryant on August 27, 2024. Born in Germany on November 3, 1955, he was a son of the late William Virgil Bryant and Betty Harrison Gantt.

He was a beloved husband to Shelia Bryant; his children, Amie Bryant, Krissie Bryant, and Andy Bryant; his siblings, NaDene Sullivan and Phillip Bryant; also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Kane Bryant, Karlie Matthews, Kassadie Matthews, Amaniy Young, Mason Bryant, and Gracie Ganner.

He was a US Army veteran, and dedicated his career to the energy industry as a project manager at Duke Energy. His hard work and dedication have left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Services to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Culbreath.

I'm so sorry to hear this. My prayers for you and the family. He was my 1st cousin, his dad was my moms brother. So very sorry.

Uncle Robbie is a precious soul gone too soon. He was always such a warm hearted and kind person. We will always remember him and his infectious smile. I’m so thankful to have been blessed by his presence in our family.
