Funeral services to honor Richard’s life will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, August 19, 2022 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:30 until 1:30 PM at the mortuary.  Private entombment will take place at Liberty Memorial Gardens.

Richard Michael Miller, 76, of Liberty, South Carolina, died Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Seneca, he was a son of the late Alfred and Edna Hughes Miller.

He worked many years as a truck driver and was of the Baptist faith. He loved horses and old cars.

Richard was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his wife, Vickie Miller of the home; a son, Shane Miller; 2 daughters, Leslie Thompson and Vanessa Garza; a step daughter, Starr Moore; also surviving are 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Miller.
