It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Duane White, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and cherished friend, who left us on June 4, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on December 28, 1964, in Elberton, Georgia, he was a son of Wayne and Anne Todd White.

Paul was a shining light in the lives of those who knew him. A proud veteran of the Navy, he later devoted his professional life to technology, having worked as a Systems Administrator for the School District of Pickens County and Anderson County. He was the go-to tech support for his family-solving everything from computer glitches to mobile phone mysteries with patience and a generous spirit.

Outside of work, Paul was an adventurer at heart. His passion for racing dirt bikes brought him joy and camaraderie, often found on tracks, where his infectious laughter was as prominent as his competitive spirit. An incredibly talented musician, he not only played guitar but also built them, filling his home with music that resonated with the love he shared with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his loving wife, Jan White; his daughter, Alex Knutson (Ryan) his brothers, Brandon (Amber),Kevin, and Danny White; and his father and mother in law, Alton and Shelby Howard. Also surviving are his two precious grandchildren, Brody and Bear.

He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, creativity, and laughter that will forever be cherished.

To honor Paul’s life a memorial service will be held, 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 10, 2025 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:30 PM at the mortuary.
