It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Kevin Roberson, a beloved husband, father, son, and friend, who left us peacefully on December 3, 2024, at the age of 52. Born on August 15, 1972, in Spartanburg, South Carolina he was a son of the late Clyde Neal Roberson.

He lived a life filled with warmth, laughter, and genuine love for those around him.

He was a resident of Liberty, South Carolina, and was known for his entrepreneurial spirit, having operated Good Times Bait & Tackle for many years. He had a remarkable way of connecting with people, and throughout his life, he forged bonds that transcended friendship-many who knew him felt like family. His passion for fishing and the outdoors was matched only by his kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

A dedicated member of Lebanon Baptist Church, he found joy in his faith and community. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dana Roberson; his cherished daughter, Emma Roberson; and his devoted mother, Janice Roberson.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother, Chris.

Family and friends are invited to gather together to celebrate Michael’s life during a visitation at Lebanon Baptist Church on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM.

In this time of grief, let us reflect on the countless joyful memories shared with Michael. He leaves behind a legacy of friendship, love, and kindness that will carry on in the hearts of those he touched.
