The family will host a memorial service 5:30 PM, Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Pendleton.  Church policy requires that all people in attendance that are not vaccinated must wear masks or facial coverings.

 

Lonnie William Ervin, 39, of Easley, South Carolina, died Thursday, July 22, 2021 at his residence.

 

Born in Easley, South Carolina he was a son of the late Melvin Eugene and Vickie Nichols Holliday.

 

He was an avid fisherman and hunter, but most of all he loved spending time with his babies.

 

Surviving in addition to his mother of the home is a son, Devin William Ervin of the home; a daughter, Iris Lea Ervin of the home; 4 brothers, Gene Holliday of Easley, David Harris of Pendleton, Ivan Harris of Slabtown, Travis Holliday of Easley; 4 sisters, Pam Pierce of Easley, Trace Reid of Easley, and Yolanda Holbrooks of Liberty; an uncle, Larry Nichols of Liberty.

 

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a sister, Renee Holliday.
