Funeral services to honor the life of Mr. Brewer will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 19, 2023 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 until 2:30 PM at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Larry Richard Brewer, 76, of Robbie Court, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born in Walhalla, SC he was the widower of Mildred Louise Holder Brewer and a son of the late Richard and Louise King Brewer. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, but more especially he loved spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Brewer was a longtime member of Flat Rock Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Greg Brewer Sr. (Rene’) of Easley; two daughters, Teresa Cook (Henry) of Easley, and Kim Wilson (Shane) of Easley; two sisters, Margaret and Janice; two brothers, Raymond and Bud; six grandchildren, Greg Brewer Jr., Jonathan Brewer, Timothy Brewer, Christopher Turner, Michael Chapman, and Lauren Harvey; also surviving are 11 great grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ashley Brewer, and a great granddaughter Ada.
