My deepest condolences to Annie and family as well as his sisters Norma and Nancy. Ken was like a brother to me. We grew up together, attended church together, visited each others homes after church where we played and just as boys will do, got into mischief. Ken was a true friend and was one of the first that I visited when I returned from Viet Nam. I loved him like a brother and will forever miss his smile and words of encouragement. Rest well my friend.

I am saddened from hearing the news of Brother Ken Smith’s passing. I consider myself richly blest from my association with my former colleague and friend. I strongly believe that Ken lived a life of faithfulness to Jesus, integrity, and a staunch loyalty to everything he believed in! My sincere sympathy is expressed to his family.

Ashley, Liam and family, Though I never had the pleasure to meet your sweet Dad and Papa in person, there were many times over the years where he'd say hello during our conversations. Whether it was to give me an idea for my next book, or thoughtfully ask about me and my family, letting us know that he was praying for us, be it health issue or our safety during an approaching hurricane. He will be missed and please know that I am sending love and prayers to you all.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Ashley, Liam, and Family While I actually didn't have the privilege of meeting your dad, I feel like I knew him from your wonderful stories and from saying hello to him when you were on the phone. I know he will missed by you all so much. I am praying for all of you. What a joy to know without a doubt that is waiting for all of you in Heaven. Love and prayers
