Douglas Lawrence “Doug” Hatto, 82, of Liberty, South Carolina, died Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Anderson Area Medical Center. Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan he was a son of the late Lawrence and Sophia Gall Hatto.
He was the owner/operator of Doug’s Clock Repair for the last 42 years with his wife by his side. Prior to that he worked many years as a medical chemist.
Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Susie Hatto of the home; three sons, Douglas L. Hatto, Jr, Michael Hatto, and Richard Hatto; three daughters, Teresa Campbell, Deborah Bomia-Hood, and Cynthia Lamour; two brothers, Donald and David Hatto; a sister, Dorothy Berry; also surviving are 21 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three sons, Steven, Earl, and Sanford.
