He peacefully departed this world on December 17, 2025, at the age of 56. Brad was a 1987 graduate of Liberty High School and later attended Tri-County Technical College where he received his degree in Industrial Electronics. Brad later surrendered his life to the Lord and attended Toccoa Falls College and Covington Bible Seminary. He served in many different churches in different capacities but spent most of his career at Chiquola Baptist Church where he currently serves as the Worship Pastor and Senior Adult Pastor.
A talented singer, Brad loved to lift his voice in praise, often joined by his family at Chiquola Baptist Church. His passion for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ was unparalleled, and he embraced every opportunity to talk about his faith, ensuring that everyone he met felt welcomed and heard.
Brad had a wonderful knack for bringing joy to those around him with his infectious laughter and sense of humor. He never met a stranger and often turned casual conversations into meaningful discussions about life, faith, and hope. He also had a passion for cooking, and his kitchen was always filled with delicious aromas and laughter.
Brad was a devoted husband to Regina Roberts Haynes and a loving father to his three beautiful daughters, Sara Woods (Steven), Breana Spears (Connor), and Aleah Haynes. He was not just a family man; he was the heart of his family. Brad’s love for his wife and daughters was evident in everything he did, and he cherished each moment spent with them. In addition to his mother, Brad cherished his favorite sister, Missy Sammons (Ken), his niece and nephews and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
