My most sincere condolences to Archie’s family and friends. I had the pleasure of meeting Archie at the Savannah River National Laboratory. He was a great guy with a good sense of humor, great laugh, cared how people were treated and was willing to try to make things better. I have some great memories of Archie. I am thankful our paths crossed. Rest in peace friend.

I’m very saddened to learn of Archies passing, yet I know he is with Jesus. I met Archie in the first grade. He was a wonderful friend to many. I remember the night of the big fight at the sock hop. Archie came up to me with a knife he was ready to end the craziness, fortunately the knife was not used. Then the Harley Davidson which he loved. We watched him race Dennis on his Kawaski in broad daylight on the dual lane. They started at Booger’s and raced wide open toward the high school. Goodbye my friend

My thoughts and prayers go out to Buster’s immediate family. I have vague memories of visiting his homes in Charleston and Summerville when I was young. I certainly will never forget the smell of the water at the house they lived in in Summerville. Buster was a good bit older than me so his children, my second cousins, were some of my first friends, along with my arch nemesis Rachel, his younger sister. I ate many meals and spend a lot of time at his house in my younger years. I currently live in the house he once owned and where I spent many days and nights. Most memories have faded with time but a few that remain are thick in my head right now. Rest in Peace Buster. Give Cathy a hug for us. 🤗
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
