Lucille Murdock Pruitt, widow of Lewis Henry Pruitt, passed away peacefully, on Monday, October 7, 2013 in Stockton, California. Born in Anderson she was a daughter of the late Pruitt and Alberta Whitaker Murdock. She was a homemaker and a member of Homestead First Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Terry Leroy Pruitt of Turlock, CA; a sister, Lillian Pruitt of Anderson; 6 grandchilden, 8 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Warren Pruitt, and two brothers, Patrick and Randolph Murdock.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation, 1825 K Street NW, Suite 600, Washington DC 20006.
