Kathleen Chapman Tollison, 85, formerly of Liberty, died Tuesday morning at Autumn Care in Saluda, NC. Born in Pickens, she was the widow of the late Alton John Tollison and a daughter of the late William S. Chapman and Lois Chapman Durham. She was retired from Sangamo Electric and was a member of East Side Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Elaine Moore of Piedmont; two sisters, Ruby Bagwell of Liberty and Eloise Durham of Saluda, NC; three grandchildren, Julie, David and Matt Eldridge; and six great grandchildren.
Floral arrangements are appreciated but memorials may also be made to Hospice Care of the Carolina Foothills: 130 Forest Glen Dr. Columbus, NC 28722. The family will be at their respective homes.
