Katherine Lounette Fant Arnold

Funeral services for Mrs. Arnold will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Prayer Baptist Church. Burial will be at Six Mile Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the Liberty Mortuary.

Katherine Lounette Fant Arnold, 75, of 678 Old Post Road, died Friday, November 29, 2013 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Central she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Bernice Carson Fant. She was a homemaker, loved to do arts & crafts, and grow flowers and herbs in her garden.

Mrs. Arnold was a longtime member of Prayer Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Harold Arnold of the home; a daughter, Lynn Smith and her husband Jeff of Central; five sons, Wayne Arnold and his wife Barbara of Anderson, Russell and Bobby Arnold both of McCormick, Allen Arnold of Florida, and Jonathan Arnold and his wife Shannon of Six Mile; a sister, Lee Guillory of Texas; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Eric Holder, and a sister, Elizabeth McAlister.

The family will be at the home of Jonathan and Shannon Arnold, 173 Smith Mem. Hwy, Central SC 29630.
