Funeral services to honor the life of Mrs. Cook will be 2:00 PM Friday in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the mortuary.
Juanita McCall Cook, 84, of 1108 Robinson Bridge Road, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Pruitt Health & Rehab in Six Mile. Born in Liberty she was a daughter of the late Clinton Marshall and Ocie Gilstrap McCall.
She worked many years at Woodside Mill in Liberty as a weaver and instructor. She later retired from Central Textiles.
Surviving are her husband, Claude Cook of the home; a son, David Cook and his wife Darlene of Norris; three grandsons, Clint, Robbie, and David Lee Cook; 8 great grandchildren, Andrew, Landon, Skylar, Aubree, Jaden, Britton, Trent, and Bradley.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Leola, four brothers, Elmer, Dennis, Gene, and Jimmy, and a granddaughter, Heather Chappell.
The family will be at the home. In lieu of flowers memorials in Mrs. Cook’s honor are requested to the charity of one’s choice.
