Jenna Colette Jones, 14, of 116 Club Ridge Drive passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 in Six Mile, SC.
Born in Greenville she was a daughter of Kim Messer Jones-Fogarty and Mike Fogarty of the home, and the late Michael Christopher Jones. Jenna was an honor student at Pickens Middle School where she had just completed 8th grade.
She loved the outdoors and her hobbies included horseback riding, volleyball, creative writing and listening to music.
Jenna was also a member of 5 Point Church.
Surviving in addition to her mother are 3 sisters, Jordan Jones of the home, Taylor Jones of Charlotte, NC and Meagan Fogarty of Liberty; her grandparents, Eddie and Jackie Messer of Liberty and Mike and Judy Fogarty of Piedmont; her great grandparents, Jack and Ruth Waldrop of Liberty; several aunts and uncles, Cristy and Mark Flowers, Dr. William and Laura Messer and Mark and Melissa Fogarty all of Easley; and 3 cousins, Katie and Brady Messer and Ross Flowers all of Easley.
In addition to her father she was predeceased by her great grandmother, Lucille Stewart.
A celebration of Jenna’s life will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Friday at Liberty Mortuary.
The family will be at the home. Liberty Mortuary and Cremation Services are handling arrangements.
