Graveside services to honor the life of Mrs. Chapman will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Abbott Cemetery. Rev. Doyle Finley will be conducting the service. No visitation is planned.
Hazel Ozel Bolding Chapman, 82, of 811 Winding Creek Road died Friday, June 28, 2013 at her residence. Born in Liberty, she was the wife of Oneal Chapman and a daughter of the late John and Ruby Denny Bolding. She was retired from Greenwood Mills having worked there for almost 50 years. She was a member of Winding Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are 2 daughters, Cynthia Neil Chapman of Liberty and Lynn Kelly of Central; 4 sons, Marty, Jerry and Perry Chapman all of Liberty and Glenn Chapman of Six Mile; a sister, Rita Bolding of Liberty; a brother, Herbert Bolding; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a son, Eddie Oneal Chapman; a sister, Dalphner Gravley; 2 brothers, Johnny Bolding, Jr. and James Daniel Bolding; and a granddaughter, Teshia Donald.
