Geneva Chitwood Cook, 77, of 1001 Robinson Bridge Road, passed away peacefully Monday at her residence. Born in Hartwell, GA, she was the widow of Ernest Cook and a daughter of the late Alfred M. and Ella Mae Bailey Chitwood. She was retired from Alice Mfg. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and she enjoyed baking in her free time.
Surviving is a brother, James Walker Chitwood of Anderson: a niece, Karen Casey of Anderson; along with a great host of friends and church family.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Fairview Baptist Church, Building Fund, 766 Kelly Mill Road, Six Mile SC 29682.
