Edward Michael “Eddie” Venesky, 86, of 108 Apple Drive passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Cannon Memorial Hospital. Born in DeLancy, Pennsylvania, he was the husband of Victoria Vasilauskas Venesky and the son of the late Edward F. and Eva Kruscheski Venesky. Edward Michael “Eddie” Venesky, 86, of 108 Apple Drive passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Cannon Memorial Hospital. Born in DeLancy, Pennsylvania, he was the husband of Victoria Vasilauskas Venesky and the son of the late Edward F. and Eva Kruscheski Venesky. He was retired from Ohio Gear and was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife are 2 daughters, Mary Ann Poston and Norma Jean Venesky both of Liberty; 2 sons, Ronald Venesky of Landrum and Gary Venesky of Easley; and 3 grandchildren.
A private funeral mass conducted by Father Emmanuel Efiong was held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 23, 2015 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pickens, SC followed by burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
