Funeral services to honor Faye’s life will be 11:00 AM Monday at Calumet Baptist Church. Burial will be at Liberty Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.
Donna Faye Mahaffey, 62, of 600 Old Norris Road, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, April 5, 2012 surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Faye was a 1969 graduate of Liberty High School and before her sickness worked with the Pickens County Board of Disabilities. She loved working with those who had special needs. She was a member of Calumet Baptist Church.
Surviving are her parents, Vernon F. and Frances D. Mahaffey of the home; two brothers, Billy Mahaffey and Terry “Ted” Mahaffey both of Seneca; special friends, Lisa Spangler and her husband Tony, Joey & Gina Boldling, and Little Gavin; also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials are requested to Calumet Baptist Church, Youth Program, 400 S. Peachtree Street, Liberty SC 29657.
