Funeral services for Mr. Allsep will be held Wednesday at 3:00 PM in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:30 until 3:00 PM at the mortuary. Entombment will follow at Liberty Memorial Gardens.
Carl Parker Allsep, 75, of Garrett Drive, died Saturday at Seneca Health and Rehab. Born in Seneca, he was the husband of Nancy Thomas Allsep of the home and a son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Ella Mae Parker Allsep. He was retired from the Pendleton-Clemson Waste Water Treatment Plant and a member of Calumet Baptist Church. He was also a GREAT Gamecock.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Keith Allsep and his wife Teresa of Round Rock, TX and Rodney Allsep of Seneca; two brothers, Tom Allsep of Seneca and Doug Allsep of Warner Robins, GA; and a granddaughter, Kayla Allsep of Seneca.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, Ruth Allsep and Vera McDonald; and a brother, Floyd Allsep.
