Bobbie Schofield Webb, 72, of 2910 Anderson Highway, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2011 surrounded by her loving family at her home.
Born in Andalusia, Alabama she was a daughter of the late Fletcher O’Neal Schofield and Evelyn Smithart Ingram.
Mrs. Webb owned and operated the Highway 8 Café for several years before her retirement. She loved to read and work cross word puzzles. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved her family, friends, and was loved by all who knew her.
Surviving are her husband, Dan J. Webb of the home; a daughter and son in law, Brenda and Gene Turner of Easley; a son and daughter in law, Tony and Gayla Smith of Liberty; two sisters, Linda Snodgrass of Looneyville, WV, and Julie Bracey of Liberty; four grandchildren, Joey Turner, Kelli Willimon, Nikki Freeman, and Justin Smith; 7 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Sonny Schofield, a sister, Betty Townsend, and a great granddaughter, Caroline Grace Turner.
Memorial services to honor the life of Mrs. Webb will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. No formal visitation is planned.
