August Moore McCarty, 41, died Tuesday, May 10, 2022 in Liberty. Born in Easley, she was a daughter of Wayne Moore of Easley and the late Deborah Whitmire Henning. She was of the Christian faith.

Surviving in addition to her father are her husband, Michael McCarty of Liberty; a sister, Lacey Large of Easley; two daughters, Hailey McCarty and Alexandria McCarty both of Liberty; and a very special friend, J.J. Jackson and his son Dakota Of Liberty.
