William Lewis Dodgins, 74, of 125 Five Forks Road, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson. Born in Pumpkintown, he was a son of the late William Rufus and Sarah Kelley Dodgins.
He retired from Greenwood Mills and was a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Dellar Perry Dodgins of the home; two daughters, Brenda Brooks (Mike), and Dorothy Durham (Ellis) all of Liberty; a son, Roger Dodgins (Darlene) of Liberty; a sister, Margaret Perry; two brothers, James and Ernest Dodgins; three grandchildren, Bruce Rich, Tyler Dodgins, and Brandi Durham.
He was predeceased by a sister and two brothers.
