Vance Marion Bailey

Funeral services to honor Vance’s life will be 3:00 PM Friday in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Liberty Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 until 3:00 PM.

Vance Marion Bailey, 30, of 529 Cassell Road, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Born in Greenville, he was a son of Hugh T. Bailey, Sr. and Ann Taylor Bailey of the home. He was a graduate of Liberty High School in the class of 2000 and served six years in the U.S. Air Force.

Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister, Kristen Bailey Lopez(Joel) of Williamston; two brothers, Hugh T. Bailey, Jr.(Helen) of Greenville and Brent Bailey of Easley; his grandparents, W.M. and Margaret Taylor of Clemson; several aunts and uncles, Jim Taylor of Charlotte, David Taylor(Sheila) of Newnan, Georgia, Jane Sargent (Phil) of Easley, and Allen Taylor of Liberty; nieces and nephews, Hugh T. Bailey, III, Jennifer Bailey, Bailey Lopez, and Eli Lopez.

The family will be at the home. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Pickens County Meals on Wheels, PO Box 184, Easley SC 29641.
