Mrs. Mary Sue Brooks a caring wife, sister, aunt, and friend, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, August 29th, 2022, at age 90.
Mrs. Brooks was born in Anderson County on August 5th, 1932, to the late Vasco and Edith Satterfield. Mary Sue was a member of Winding Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and took pride in her flowers and lawn.
Mary Sue joins her husband of 57 years, Lester Brooks and only sister, Barbara Bagwell in Heaven. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, numerous great nieces, great nephews and other close family members.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, September 2nd, 2022, at Winding Creek Baptist Church with graveside services to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Easley.
The family is at their respective homes.
