George & Bobry Jackson left a message on March 24, 2025:
To the family members of Edith McJunkin: We were so sorry to hear about the loss of Edith. We were blessed to have known Edith for 60 plus years as a neighbor on Mae St. She certainly knew how to help us out in going to the hospital with our baby son, while all our family members were sick some 60 years ago. She and Walt will always be remembered as great neighbors. We are the only original residents living on Mae St. now. We can be sure that our temporary earthly homes and bodies are nothing when compared with those homes and bodies of perfection that we will one day have in heaven. Today, Edith is certainly a recipient of restored health and a beautiful heavenly home. May God use your friends and family to give you the comfort you need as you grieve and continue to celebrate Edith's life. Due to health conditions, we will be unable to attend the visitation and service. Please remember that you will be in our thoughts and prayers. George & Bobry Jackson
