Beatrice Lewis “Bea” Moore, a beloved mother and beautician, passed away on March 12, 2024, at her residence. Born on January 24, 1932, in Fair Play, she was the widow to Robert B. “Bob” Moore and a daughter of the late Dewitt and Bertha Stancil Lewis. Bea touched the lives of many through her work at Bea’s Beauty Shop. She was a dedicated member of her community and a cherished member of Easley First Pentecostal Church.
Bea will always be remembered for her love of family, her warmth, and her passion for making others feel beautiful. She was a proud mother to her daughter Linda Rampey and her husband Ken, and son Dale Cox and his wife Gwen, as well as a doting grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother to a large and loving family.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and was the matriarch of five generations five different times within her family.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Cox Bannister; a sister, Susie Rholetter and a brother R.M. Fuller.

Beatrice’s light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace, knowing she was loved and cherished by many.
