With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Floyd “Doodle Bug” Gosnell, who left us on March 16, 2024.

Born on April 5, 1970, in Bat Cave, NC, Kenneth’s love for working on cars and cherished moments with his family always brought joy to his life. He was a son of the late Floyd and Grace Treadway Gosnell.

He leaves behind his wife, Toni Ann, a son Zackary Gosnell, as well as his siblings, Lorie Harrell, Mary Myers, Donna Woods, Tim Gosnell, Gladin Gosnell, Connie Smith, Betty Gosnell, Russell Brown, Peggy Dupree, and Michelle Shepherd.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debra Balch. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

His wishes were to be cremated and his family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.

May Kenny rest in peace, forever remembered for his love of family and passion for tinkering with cars. He will be dearly missed.
