Margie Corn Gilstrap, 90, of 716 E. Cedar Rock Street, died Thursday at Manna Health & Rehab. Born in Norris she was the widow of William L. Gilstrap and a daughter of the late Emulous M. and Mariah Drake Corn. She retired from Roses Department Store and previously worked at Finley’s Florist.
Surviving are a daughter, Meri Childress of Easley; 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Renae Curtis, a special step son, Jerry Gilstrap, 4 sisters, and 4 brothers.
The family will be at their respective homes. Liberty Mortuary is handling arrangements.
