Funeral services to honor Justin’s life will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, December 13, 2018 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Liberty Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the mortuary.

Justin Dale Posey, 30, of 145 Posey Hill Road, died unexpectedly on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at home. Born in Easley he was a son of Jimmy and Janice Spivey Posey.

He was a 2007 graduate of Liberty High School,and worked with his father at their lawn maintenance company, J&J Lawn Care. Justin loved to deer hunt, work with wood, and most of all, spend time with his children.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Liberty are a daughter, Cassidy Posey of the home; two sons, Tyler and Jayden Posey both of the home; a sister, Brandy Karr (Scottie) of Liberty; grandparents, Leonard and Edith Posey of Liberty; an uncle, Ricky Posey of Liberty; two nephews, Shaun and Hayden Karr of Liberty.

In lieu of flowers please make memorials to the Justin Posey Memorial Fund, C/O First Citizens Bank.

The family will be at the home of his parents, Jimmy and Janice Posey, 228 Venture Drive, Liberty SC 29657.
