Graveside services for Mr. Hamilton will be held at 3:00 PM Friday at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Reverend Gerald Roper will be conducting the service. No visitation is planned.
Jack Martin Hamilton, 75, of 612 Rampey Street, died Tuesday at his residence. Born in Easley, he was the husband of Margaret Gilstrap Hamilton of the home and a son of the late James Robert and Maxie Martin Hamilton. He was retired from the South Carolina Department of Transportation as an associate engineer and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of Bates Masonic Lodge # 189 AFM and was of the Christian faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a sister, Mary Ann Hamilton Culbertson of Easley; two brothers, Paul Hamilton of Easley and James Hamilton of Virginia Beach, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Bill Hamilton.
