Funeral services to honor Mrs. Gravley’s life will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Liberty United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West.
Floreedy Kinsey Gravley, 91, of Liberty, passed away peacefully at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. Born in Greenville she was the widow of Charlie Gravley, and a daughter of the late Paul Kinsey and Mamie Campbell Kinsey Sanders.
She worked at Sarlin Department Store for 23 years, and later worked at Woodside Mill. She was a long time member of Liberty United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Jean Crawford (Dan) of Liberty; two sons, Tommy Gravley (Mary) of Rock Hill, and Alton Gravley (Janice) of Bessemer City, NC; five grandchildren, Danny Crawford, Fred Gravley, Leigh Ann Gravley, Sonia Conners, and Rhone Gravley; 7 great grandchildren; an aunt, Jeanette Wilson (Bob).
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Ross and Edith Head.
