Ethel Wimpey Hendricks, 87, of 123 Wimpey Drive, died Monday at Baptist Easley Hospital. Born in Pickens, she was the daughter of the late William Wesley and Dill Crawford Wimpey. She was retired from the School District of Pickens County where she worked in the cafeteria at Pickens Middle School. She was a member of Mountain Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Peggy Ellenburg and her husband Paul of Pickens; and a grandson, Scott Rackley.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by 2 brothers.
