Edward William Holden, 88, of 204 South 8th Street, died Friday, May 17, 2013. Born in Cateechee he was the widower of Floree Dodson Holden and a son of the late Paul and Lois Chapman Holden.
He was a US Army veteran of World War II and was a member of West End Baptist Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Joyce Simmons (Wade), and Judy Cassell (Bobby), and Ingrid Heinz (Karl); a son, Olin Holden (Rhonda); a sister, Ellen Melton; a brother, Gerald Holden (Hazel);
19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth Holden Robinson.
The family will be at 201 South 6th Street, Easley SC.
