Barry Clark Holladay

Funeral services to honor the life of Mr. Holladay will be 12:30 PM Friday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 until 12:30 PM at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Barry Clark Holladay, 59, of 406 Smith Memorial Highway, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 20, 2012 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Born in Anderson he was a son of the late Stiles and Pauline Elrod Holladay.

He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology. with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, and was employed by RCS Corporation where he was currently working at Duke Energy’s Catawba Plant.

His hobbies included riding motorcycles, hiking, camping, fishing, gardening and especially spending time with his family. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Kimberley Joye Holladay of the home; two daughters, Cori-Alice Holladay of Boone, NC, and Cari-Anna Holladay of Central; five sons, Cally Holladay of Cleveland, TN, Dustin Duncan of Greenville, Kyle Duncan of Central, Kevin Duncan of the home, and Allen “A.J.” Holladay of the home; three grandchildren, Eli Holladay, Luke Holladay, and Kylie Stephens.

Floral arrangements are appreciated but memorials may also be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Youth Missions Fund: 3041 Six Mile Highway Central, SC 29630. The family will be at the home.
