William A. “Butch” Waldrop

Funeral services for Mr. Waldrop will be held Friday, August 10, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:30 until 3:00 PM at Liberty Mortuary. Burial at Abbott Cemetery will follow.

William Allen “Butch” Waldrop, 65, of 110 Byrnes Street, died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Clyde and Betty Carver Waldrop. Butch enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. He was a member of Liberty Church of God of Prophecy.

Surviving are 2 daughters, Rebecca Gossett of Anderson and Kendall Waldrop of Panama City, Florida; a son, Kevin Waldrop of Liberty; 2 sisters, Selena Moore of Liberty and Debra Loggins of Gaffney; a brother, Larry Ramey of the home and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a brother, Dale Carver.

The family will be at the home. Flowers are appreciated but memorials may also be made to Liberty Church of God of Prophecy: PO Box 1231 Easley, SC 29641.
