Funeral services to honor Theron’s life will be 3:30 PM Tuesday in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Liberty Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 until 3:15 at the mortuary.
Theron Lyman Eckard, 48, of 110 Stadium Heights Lane, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011. Born in Greenville he was a son of Seth Lyman Eckard and Lynda Bishop Eckard of Easley.
He was an avid fisherman and hunter, and loved his family. He owned Pete’s #6 and Easley Smokehouse.
Theron will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Tanya Seaborn Eckard of the home; his children, Hunter Drake Eckard,and Morgan Paige Eckard both of the home, and Paul P. Eckard of Easley; his father in law and mother in law, Carl and Barbara Seaborn of Liberty; a brother in law, Barry Seaborn of Liberty; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Seth Eckard, Sr.
