Funeral services for Mrs. Hooper will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will held from 2:00 until 3:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Shirley Todd Hooper, 70, of 223 Judy Drive died Friday at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Pickens, she was the widow of Huey Hooper and a daughter of the late Clarence and Juanita White Todd. She was retired from Alice Mfg. Foster Plant and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are 3 daughters, Susan Hooper of the home, Angela Hooper of Liberty, and Tabatha Hooper of the home; 2 sisters, Barbara Lance of Pickens and Carolyn Stancil of Pickens; a brother, Tony Todd of Easley; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by a brother, Gary Todd; and a grandson, Austin McCollum.
